I first visited Whistler in the 80's and immediately fell in love with the mountains. After returning numerous times again, we decided that Whistler was the place for us. We gathered our family of five and packed everything into a U-Haul to make the long journey across Canada to live our new dream. 

I am passionate about Whistler and strive to give back to the community that welcomed my family over 20 years ago. I served on the board of the Whistler Community Social Services for 8 years, even acted as Board Chair for a few too and continue to assist the building committee. Each Summer and Winter I volunteer as a Blackcomb mountain host, enjoying discussions, skiing & hiking with people from all over the world. 

With 12 years of experience selling and managing resort real estate with Intrawest, I left to work & consult in real estate markets around the world, including projects such as Predator Ridge in the Okanagan, Galiano Island in the Gulf Islands and the tropical oasis of Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean. In 2011, I began my career as a licensed Realtor® with RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate before moving to Angell Hasman & Associates Realty Ltd. in 2023.

In 2013 I left home and spent 12 months backpacking around the world. During this time, I met my wife, who brought me to Whistler to meet her family and see her hometown. Like many, I was immediately hooked by the natural beauty and tranquility that can easily be found, along with the hustle and bustle of one of the worlds premier mountain resorts. I am passionate about the outdoors and spend most of my spare time playing in the beautiful surroundings that Whistler has to offer.

I come from a business-oriented background, having been a part of my family business since I left school in 2009. In 2015, my wife and I moved to Santiago, Chile to establish the family business there. After a successful startup, we decided to move up to Whistler and be closer to Lauren's family. 

As I got settled into my new life, I observed Doug and his passion for Whistler and the community, evidenced by his involvement in various organizations in the Whistler community. This passion is clear in his business as he strives to help friends and clients from around the world achieve their real estate dreams in Whistler. I worked numerous jobs around Whistler to get a feel for the town, and after a few years observing Doug’s exponential growth I decided to become a Team Member and use my love for the Sea to Sky lifestyle to help others achieve their real estate goals in the corridor.
